No. Every provider is scored by the same formula from tracked pricing, wait times, plan inclusions and community ratings. When the inputs change, the score changes.
Is compounded semaglutide still legal?
Since the FDA declared the shortage over in February 2026, compounding for the general public is restricted and requires documented medical necessity. Our guides note which providers still offer it, re-checked monthly.
Who writes the reviews?
Real patients. Every review is moderated before it counts toward a score, and submissions traced to provider staff are removed.
Can a provider pay to improve its score?
No. No commercial relationship touches the ranking formula, and providers get no preview of score changes before they publish.
How often are prices re-checked?
